Serdar Rahymov participated in the European Youth Cup held in Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on March 18-19, 2023. He defeated the judokas Valerio Ferro from Italy, Krzysztof Klimkiewicz from Poland, Marko Lojanicica from Serbia, and Yuvalem Odin Levenstein from Israel and qualified for the final match.
In the final match, our Turkmen judoka Serdar won the gold medal against Romanian judoka Flavius Lungi in 2 minutes and 46 seconds.
