Anamjan Rustamova participated in the 81-kilogram weight category at the Asian Championships held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan from February 3 to 10, 2024. She won a bronze medal in the snatch event by lifting 105 kilograms.
239 athletes from 34 different countries competed in the Asian Championships. Uzbek athlete Rigina Adashbaeva was in first place in the same weight category by lifting 107 kilograms, while Kim Suhyun from Korea came in second place by lifting 110 kilograms.
It should be noted that this competition is one of the winning competitions for participation in the Olympic Games.
