Turkmen freestyle wrestler Alp Arslan Begenjov obtained gold medal in the men's 65kg freestyle category at U17 Asian Championships, June 21. He defeated Uzbekistan's Akobir Rakhimov in the final match.
Our athlete is the 9th grade pupil of the school for young Olympians. It should be noted that the talented wrestler also won an international tournament among his peers in Budapest last May.
