Turkmenistan is negotiated on membership in International sports organizations

Currently, new opportunities are being explored for developing partnerships with reputable international sports organizations, in particular, with the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA).
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan R.Meredov noted during the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers held on September 2, appropriate steps are being taken to join Turkmenistan to the International Federation of Sports Medicine.
In this regard, relevant proposals were made to promote this cooperation. At the same time, it is proposed to consider the possibility of holding regional and world-class sports competitions in our country in the period 2023-2025.
